Italian spider crane manufacturer Jekko has appointed Tower Rent as its distributor in Turkey.

Tower Rent will sell and support Jekko products from its seven branches across Turkey. A division of the İstanbul Vinç Group – Tower Rent was established in 2008 to exploit the country’s rapidly growing and increasingly sophisticated access market. It currently focuses on selling aluminium scaffold towers and low level work podiums.

İstanbul Vinç will also supply Jekko’s spider crane products through its spider lift company, Örümcekçi, which it claims is the only specialist spider and mini crane rental company in Turkey.

“Jekko is a great addition to both our sales company Tower Rent and our spider rental company Örümcekçi,” said Mustafa Bilgin, vice president of İstanbul Vinç. “Turkey is the second fastest growing economy among the G20 countries after China and there are many big construction projects and lots of opportunities. We would like offer a wide range of products with quality brands and service. Our main goal is to be one of the biggest and well known access rental companies in Europe.”
